How to use ⌄
- Give your body the nicotine it craves by using NiQuitin mint lozenges at regular intervals.
- Place the lozenge in your mouth and from time to time move it from one side to the other until it is completely dissolved.
- This takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Do not swallow.
- Follow the 3-step programme for 12 weeks:
- For weeks 1-6, take one lozenge every 1 to 2 hours
- For weeks 7-9, reduce your consumption to one lozenge every 2 to 4 hours
- For weeks 10-12, reduce again your consumption to one lozenge every 4 to 8 hours until you are ready to stop using lozenges altogether.
